Necklaces

After making several lanyards, clients would ask me to make them necklaces that were just as intricate. They come in different lengths depending on the look you want. Short is 18" and is considered chocker style, 22" is a medium length and would fall gracefully on the upper part of the chest, 24" is long and drapes over the breast area. I can also make the piece longer if that is your preference. You tell me how long you want the necklace by using a measuring tape to see where you want the necklace to fall.

Butterfly Polymer Clay Beaded Necklace

This is a beautiful example of a fall-colored necklace that I made. I used a set of hand-made Polymer Clay beads made especially for me along with brown glass crackle beads, burnt orange pearls, Swarovski emerald and topaz crystals, silver spacer beads, and emerald, tortoise and burnt orange seed beads. The crab claw clasp is silver and the necklace is double crimped on each end for extra durability.

Gray and White Beaded Necklace with Cross

Don't you just love this beautiful simple silver and white cross necklace? I started with an unusual celtic type cross and used silver and white Swarovski pearl beads, silver-lined seed beads, silver rice beads, silver round beads, silver spacer beads, and silver bead caps. The crab claw clasp is silver and the necklace is double crimped on each end for extra durability.

Gray and White Beaded Necklace with Cross

Here is another gorgeous example using polymer clay beads. I also used matching pearl beads, Bali style siver bead caps, silver spacer beads of different styles and sizes, Swarovski crystals, and seed beads.

Gray and White Beaded Necklace with Matching Earrings

What a beautiful matching necklace and earring set! Swarovski gray and white pearls were used along with Bali style silver bead caps, silver spacer beads, and seed beads. The matching earrings are drop style on fish hook style pierced earring findings.

Blue and Purple Roses Polymer Clay beaded necklace

I love working with polymer clay beads. This one really stands out in a crowd. What beautiful colors in this piece! I used a set of Polymer Clay Beads made by a very talented artist, along with genuine Amethyst round beads, pearl beads in Aqua, light purple and sand colors, and Swarovski and Czech glass crystals with gold accented bead caps and spacers. The closer is a toggle clasp style.

Red Rose on Black Gothic Victorian Vintage Necklace and Earrings Set

This piece was commissioned for an eclectic wedding. I started with the red rose on black cameo and used blackened brass filegree pieces to create the layered look. The detailed griffons protect the rose cameo. Black and red teardrop faceted glass beads dangle from the main focal piece and the blackened brass chain. The detail of the entire piece is exquisite! Remember with the layered pieces, it takes several days to create as each brass piece has to be secured to the other pieces securely. I use E-6000 Industrial Strength Adhesive to set each brass piece. These creations can contain as few as 2 brass pieces and can grow from there depending on how intricate you want your look. To give you an idea on price, this set sold for $150.

She chose these lovely handcrafted glass beads and I matched them with natural amethyst round beads and natural stone round beads along with gold tone spacer beads, gold tone bead caps and brown seed beads.
