Please fill out the form below. All fields related to your jewelry choice are necessary in order to complete your request.
In the "request" box, please put all details of your request (example - if you chose necklace input the length of the necklace in the appropriate box and then in the request box give details of the color of the beads, color of spacers (silver, gold), clasp color (silver,gold), etc.). Each piece will require a separate form filled out.
Once I have received your request, I will contact you with the price and the approximate time it will take to make your piece(s). Payment will be through Paypal.com and 1/2 is due before I begin work on your piece(s). An invoice will be sent to you. Once initial payment is received, I will begin to create your unique piece(s).
Upon completion I will send you an invoice along with images of finished jewelry. Upon receipt of payment, the piece(s) will be shipped via USPS.
